    Windows 7 recognizes the device, I hear the sound for about 30 to 45 seconds and then it says playback stopped.

    Thanks for stopping by. Could you paste your medialog.txt to http://pastebin.org and then share it here? This logfile is located in the Jamcast installation directory and might have some clues in it.

    Also, if you could check your Windows application event log for any errors or warning from the Jamcast service, that would be great. If you find any such entries, paste them here and I'll have a look.

    A dropped network connection is the most likely cause of this problem. Are you running your Soundbridge on the wireless network? If so, please connect it with a network cable to your router and see if you experience the same trouble.
