Hi.

Just wanted to mention that it would be great to have the virtual soundcard feature on an Android phone to stream audio directly from the device.

Thanks for the reply and the great progress on support for Last.fm and Android.

However, what I had in mind when posting the feature request was support for running the server on the Android device, to stream whatever music I play on the phone to my receiver. Any comments on that?

Thanks for the kudos!

I did misread your post and apologize for that. I knew there was a topic in here somewhere about Android and wanted to follow-up with the announcement, and hastily went off your thread title alone.

A few others have requested the opposite as well, to stream any audio from the Android device to somewhere else. To that effect, I haven't a clue on how that might be accomplished but it's something I promise to look into as soon as the Android streaming client is behind me.

I hope you'll still get some use out of the streaming client. Wink
