Video streaming in Jamcast would make it the ultimate product. MKV is format "must" be supported. I wait for this - would be fantastic.

I would also love this feature. Mostly, if not all, of my movies are in .mkv. It is also very important for me that this feature allows HD quality movies to play without any fps drops or such things.
If you had to make a wild guess, when do you think we will see this feature? I'm not talking about any exact date, more if we are talking about months or year(s).

Hi Millenium,
It's hard to say at this time, reason being Jamcast is on the brink of having the Android app to go with it. The future direction of the software will have a lot to do with this release, but of course video does play into that plan as well at some point. In other words, it's safe to say the Android app will either make or break the inclusion of video in the next year or so.
