It would great if there will be a option to add custom names for cover art. All my folders contains albumart.jpg and i need to keep the name for other purposes, or is it possible to change cover.jpg/folder.jpg to albumart.jpg?

Hi DrAlban,

I think this can be added easy enough. How did those filenames come to be -- does a particular program use that album art filename, or did you choose it yourself? Just curious if there will be others using this same naming convention.

Well, it startet long time ago when i was using Pinnacle Showcenter as mediabox with a streamerserver which name i can´t remember...(maybe it was Pinnacles own server software...???)
Any way, in a early version of that server it used albumart.jpg as the default name for album art and that´s why i´m still using that name.

I can´t remember i´m seen another server/software using albumart... But if it's possible to have custom names for cover.jpg i´ll be very pleased!

Hi DrAlban,

The customization ability would be a bit of effort that would have to be scheduled, but I can add albumart.jpg as a known album art file (in addition to cover.jpg and folder.jpg) and hopefully that will get you what you need for now.

It's done and will be in the next release, coming very soon. Smile
