Hi
I have spotify streamed wirelessly to my PS3 then hooked up to Amp and speakers. My Amp and speakers are pretty high end (£10,000) Should i consider adding a DAC to the set up?

Spotify is 320K bitrate. Not lossless so I do not think you will hear a difference
