Request for 1. registration email on account creation so we have a confirmation of username email etc. 2. Way to request password reset on website.

I did not forget my password since I had it written down but the jamcast website would not accept my password. Interestingly the same username/password combo that the website would not recognize to let me it worked when installing the software. What gives?

Thanks for stopping by and making this suggestion. The website is in process of being overhauled, and the new site will most definitely include better account management features (which admittedly should have been present in the current website as well).
