Hello there. So I just downloaded Jamcast because I want to stream Spotify to my Ps3 but when I install it it just tells me that the trail has expired. What's the cause to this cause I'd really like to try this out and hopefully buy it if it's what I'm looking for.

Hi Virain,
Thanks for stopping by, and for your interest in Jamcast! If you've created previous trial accounts, this could be the issue. Jamcast won't let you create a new account to get a new trial period.
If this is the issue in your case, if you can let me know what your original account info was I'd be happy to extend your trial period so that you might evaluate further.
Hope this helps.
Thanks!
Scott

Hey there! My original account name is xNeytiri and i would be great if you could extend the trial a bit. I'm really thinking about upgrading but I'd like to try it out once again.

No problem, I took care of this for you. Please reinstall Jamcast using the Repair option and activate using the email address and password associated with your xNeytiri user account.
Have fun!

The Repair option will appear when you’re running the installer when Jamcast is already installed. If you’re installing clean this option will not appear.
In either case, just enter your email/password and you’re be all set with your renewed trial. Sorry if I confused matters.
Thanks!

Hi bhusker77,
I got your email earlier as well. The repair option is not available if you're installing from scratch -- imagine you might have uninstalled the trial version?
Also, please make sure you're activating the software with the email address that you used when you registered/paid today, not the account from when you started your trial.
Hope this helps. Email us back if you're still having trouble.
Thanks!
Scott
