Jamcast

Greetings, im not sure if this is the correct forum for my issue but im having problems with recording sounds from my comptuer (For example, recording music during livestream events that my media player is playing or for recording the sounds that videos make when using hympercam 2) Recently I tried to set up the record settings for a livestream but I ended up messing up the settings, now it wont even record from the intergrated microphone. I think that Stereo Mix is the source I want recorded but when i tried to select it from the control panel it told me it was 'currently unavailable', I've tried looking at a lot of other websites but havent really found much help, i'll be able to submit screenshots too, Thanks in advance for any advice
