So the virtual soundcard shows up on my 360 however there's no sound when I hit play. I've left it on for about 10 minutes while playing spotify and nothing. Any suggestions??

Hey 99primetime,

Thanks for checking out Jamcast! Sorry to hear you had some trouble getting started.

What operating system are you using? Depending on whether it is Windows XP, or something later, the setup procedure can vary a bit. We have a couple of guides posted in our documentation here:
