Hi!

I'm testing your product and it seems great! But i'm having some difficulties. I'm using jamcast on win vista computer and i want to stream spotify to my LG DP1b-mediaplayer using virtual soundcard. But the sound laggs and fads away! Any ideas?

Hi Jörgen,

Thanks for checking out Jamcast! Unfortunately we commonly experience compatibility issues with LG DLNA devices. If you share your medialog.txt with me, I will verify that this is the same issue.

You can find your medialog.txt in the Jamcast program directory, and please paste it http://pastebin.com and share the URL here for me.

I have a DP1W (wifi version of the DP1B) and experience the same issue. Interesting enough, if you just keep trying, at some point it works. I got it working twice so far: one time by selecting the virtual soundcard many times, the second time by playing and pausing the music on my laptop until it finally played without stuttering.
Once it plays without stutter, it keeps playing just fine.

Hmm.. that's interesting Confused

I've recently acquired an LG BD-series Bluray, it has had compatibility issues with Jamcast forever. Perhaps the DP1B is using similar software internally, if I make any headway I'll definitely try to let everyone know.
