I've been trying to figure a way to play spotify on google tv via the revue so I've been trying Jamcast. All installed properly. First thing is I have different devices listed in the device section of the Jamcast manager but most are listed as unknown none listed as revue. When I go to google tv and open Logitech media player I see Jamcast and I can get to my music/playlist/virtual sound card. When I open soundcard I see the player but no sound and nothing plays. I've played with the hardware setting and I've tried on 2 different computers with same result. Am I doing something wrong or it just isn't compatible? Any idea's?

Hi Zacatona,

Thanks for checking out Jamcast!

The Revue's DLNA media player seems to be hit or miss with respect to Jamcast. Admittedly, despite owning a Revue I've not taken too much time to break compatibility down into "this works, this doesn't". I haven't been too anxious to do so either, with the impending Revue/Honeycomb update. I also don't think anyone until now has asked about it. Smile

However, our friend Israel @ gnarld.com got it working, seems ForceMP3CaptureStream need to be enabled. Check out the article, and special attention to item 4:

Let me know if this works for ya. If not, I'll take a look for you this weekend. Smile

Thanks!
Scott
