Jamcast

hi...trying to eval jamcast and guess this is just a last ditch effort on figuring out whats i'm missing.

in short here's the situation:
- win 7
- tried 2 diff machines...one a fresh install
- all win updates in place
- tried wired and wireless
- tried different Xbox
- multiple basic switches/cat5
- disabled firewall/defender/ssdp/wmp media sharing
- when i do enable ssdp / wmp media sharing the xbox sees machine(s) and plays media library fine (just not jamcast)
- started jamcast services with multiple accounts localsys/admin/network srv/etc
- used CurrPorts util to verify nothing conflicting with jamcasts from a port perspective. by the way for other users the downloadable spotify app captures udp 1900 so be sure to use web if having trouble. initially thought this was my prob.

anyhow...results i'm seeing is:
- PS3 works amazing...absolutely love it!
- Xbox does not
- Xbox is visible in the Device List within jamcast...
- mixed and matched the device properties within jamcast to no avail
- appears as though if i stop and start the jamcast service repeatedly...for whatever reason...at times i can at least see the it listed in the xbox music library, unfortunately just not able to proceed any further regardless. xbox will spin for awhile then respond with a generic "can't connect...please check power/firewall/etc"


any thoughts?

reviewed all logs (jamcast & windows event) but totally out of ideas...if there's any particular config you'd like to see logs from just let me know.
