Automatically set the virtual soundcard stream to mp3?

Okay so I have so many damn soundboards on my hard drives browsing through them sucks on any media player I try to use. With that being said, I am loving this virtual soundcard, but I was wondering if it were at all possible to modify the program somehow to make it automatically set new devices to stream in mp3 rather than flac. I drive a lot, and my iphone's ip changes constantly on the 3g network so I can set it to mp3 but as soon as I leave my place the ip changes and its back to the stuttering flac overload. I love the flac, but the 3g does not. Any ideas or registry edits I could do to make this happen? If not, this should definitely be considered as an additional menu or setting for the next update. Thanks so much!
